'LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! The house itself was exactly what my group needed and the location could not have been any better! You're an easy and quick walk to the best part of the beach and so close to many food spots, grocery store and shops. The property manager/concierge, Julieta, was incredibly helpful -- she assisted us in booking ATV's for the week and transportation to/from the airport. 'This villa was perfect for what we wanted...a quiet, secure and private place that is in walking distance to the beach. After touring the town, we were very happy with the location for the proximity to great restaurants, a local convenience store and a little less crowded beach than some of the spots to the north. Our concierge was very helpful and responsive with anything we needed and the villa itself was great...just as the pictures show. Wishing we were still there!'

'I recently stayed at Villa Picasso with my brother and his girlfriend. We had an incredible time! The team cleans daily and were very nice. The house is perfect for a surf trip. We walked out to the beach with our boards each morning and late afternoon. Recovering when we got back with a quick stretch session on the turf and a dip in the pool.
