'Inchecking, was terrible. No room for early or late checkin regarding flight arrival or departure. They have communication through whatsapp, but much delay in response. They will reply, but there's nothing they're actually able to help you with.
Bathroom is so small that you have to stand either in the shower or with one foot on each side of the toilet in order to close the door.
Facilities it self are good, once you're able to survive the checkin. I would not book this again however. Worst...

'The location was perfect for the carnaval
Less was;
Breakfast could be still 11 instead of 10.
More people at the counter who speaks engish.
Such a big concern as Windsor. Give your personel at the counter free Engish lessons.'

'It’s a decent old hotel in a sketchy area. The grocery store across the street & restaurant in next door corners were very convenient. The safe in the room didn’t work, shower had good strong pressure and continuous HOT water. Shower was awesome. A/C was also great! Telephone didn’t work. TV had limited no sub title channels, Breakfast was ready at 6AM everyday. Coffee was good & strong. A variety of Pastries every morning that were good. Juices were watered down. It’s was scrambled eggs &...

'Location is close to the airport en center. You can walk to the airport during the day, 5min walk. However after dark the area is not safe and many homeless and shady people occupy the streets. There are many restaurants in the area.
Service was not as aspected, some examples, roomservice entered our room after a small knock at 22.15
No excuse made.
We had dinner in the hotel, dont expect much of it, no menu available in English of Spanish. No eye contact with us. Had to ask for everything....

'Location is optimal in case you want to explore the historic center and Lapa. Very close to the subway station and tram / bus services. The are, unfortunately, is a bit sketchy. Staff is super helpful and I wish they had different policy for the use of towels in the swimming pool area. Quiet rooms, wonderful shower and delicious breakfast cakes and other Brazilian snacks.'
