'This was an amazing hotel with amazing staff! It was an easy check in and staff's customer service sets the bar high! They're very attentive when you need something. For example, whenever I'd ask for water refill, they will have a staff bring it in as soon as I get to my room. 'Had a 3 night stay at this hotel, the staff is very polite and well trained. Breakfast buffet offers a good diversity of Asian and European dishes and the kitchen works hard to keep up the pace. The housekeeping left us cute towel art on our beds every day, we loved it. Location is pretty far away from makati and the airport so with the always terrible traffic (between 8am and 19pm) it will take you about 1,5 hour to get to makati with the taxi. 'The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful although when we reached the previously booked room we found the AC wasn't working so they found a different room and they didn't have a key to open it so they found us another room , a deluxe suite so we thought oh wow this is great until we had to flush the toilet and needed maintenance to come . The plunger was short lived and toilet didn't flush again.'
