Things have definitely changed here as before it was all inclusive. The prices for everything was reasonable. In the room, the bath tub had rust and the sheets of the bed did not feel fresh.

The best part of this hotel is the quietness and relaxing atmosphere around its private beach. However, the hotel itself leaves much to be desired. I had a “presidential suite” where the ac kept turning on by itself and dropping to freezing levels, the phone was disconnected (no cord), the tv would not turn on, and just about everything in the room seemed old and rusty. Definitely not what you would expect at such facility and such prices.

The property is very old and dated. Every room has a musty smell. The furniture is falling apart. I would not come back to this hotel.

I had the worst experience possible. My bed had bed bugs my legs are full of bites. The phones to contact desk do NOT work. I had a scary experience where someone tried to come into my room twice turn the nobe slowly I’m sure the man trying to get in knew I was alone. I did not sleep all night I couldn’t contact help because the phone lines were down in the room super scary and so unsafe !!!! Upon check out I let them know my experience and they were non caring for my lack of sleep and scare. Never returning again.

no intertaiment at all or activities the beach had no music and very limited menu for snacks and meals if you wanted order room service only the breakfest was included and that was ok but food needs better preperations and better waiters serives are not very attentive . in addition the room bathroom had installed the toilet paper dispense basically behing ht e toilet seat at floor level im talking abiut 3-4'' above floor and 6 feet to the back you would need arms the leght of 7 feet and thin fingers to reach it is totally rediculous and you can tell this ahs been like that for years . also the soap provided was about the size 25 cent size.

The staff at the reception was not accommodating and were rude. The maintenance crew went out of their way and did an amazing job.

This place is old and not maintained. Had to have our room changed twice. It doesn’t help when your new room is just as horrible as the other room or just different problems. Never again!

They claim as of Nov 1 they are no longer all inclusive. I was mislead by advertising in orbitz. The paid breakfast was convenient but limited and not really appetizing. At some point saw flies on the warm food as it wasnt ever covered. So many problems with door card deactivating. Door then not working. Leaks from sink, AC and then shower breaking. Felt like an “upscale” motel where you expect imperfections but not what I had imagined i had booked. The plus was the pool and beach. And of course the staff, they had nothing to do with the hotel conditions. There are very exclusive restaurants next to property. Enjoyed 3 of them. Very posh feel to some.

Worst experience ever. Please don’t waste your money m.. the food was terrible. Only one choice of restaurants which is buffet.. food had no flavor. The ac and tv stopped working. Everyone is rude. Never ever will return. Only beach was beautiful. Please please go somewhere if you don’t want to have bad experience. They over charged for everything. Don’t believe people that come to you.

The area is very rundown. The adjoining resort that you have to go eat at is closed. The food, while plentiful, was not very good. I was also over charged for DR 10,000 pesos. When I later figured out how much over I was charged the front desk claimed it was fees charged by my credit card. That is a load of crap. I will be filling a fraudulent charge with my credit card company. Go to Punta Cana. Much nicer and more amenities to do. This place needs to be taken off Expedia.

I do not recommend this place, please guys do not lose your money!!!! 🚫⁉️ No lo ecomiendo. Si buscas un hotel intermedio entre la ciudad y la playa quizás pueda ser opción pero si es para relajarte y pasar unas buenas vacaciones te aconsejo que vayas a Cualquier otro hotel menos este.
