'Despite the lacking of a pool and gym/sauna, this hotel is a little gem in the centre of st domingo. The rooms are big and simple with everything you need. The people at the front-desk are really nice and willing to help you. The hotel is across hotels Jarajua and Sheraton where you can party all night long.The only minor thing is that the breakfast has a few choices. OveralI would stay here again. This hotel is perfect for 1 or 2 nights.'

'This place is a gem! Best area to be in the city Zion Colonial district (I think I got that right). The hotel was clean, staff super friendly and helpful(love Edward super nice overnight staff), the patio was great for people watching. Location is awesome! A place half a block a way with tons of cultural entertainment and plenty of dining options. Also there is a supermarket up the street if you want to buy anything. 10/10 would stay here again. '

'me and my wife spent 10 days in februari 2013 at plaza real resort without any real problems or complains. nice pool with good food and service, friendly staff everywhere, good security, beautifull beach with entrance across the street, ac in bedroom, free wifi with reasonable speed in the room, supermarket and italian baker around the corner, exeptional value for the money, juan dolio for the rest is quiet and a real touristic spot without a nightlife.'

'2 duurste kamers van hotel geboekt exutive suite met jacuizi op kamer, alleen 1e kamer voldeed aan foto en beschrijving op expederia site, maar jacuizi bleek defect, afijn 2e kamer welke ikzelf had geboekt, bed, betegeld maar aantal tegels af, gevolg vlijmscherp beton waarbij als je niet uitkijkt je hele been aan kan openhalen, geen zeep in dispencer, geen handdoeken op kamer, bij navraag bleek zeep op te zijn? maar nog gekker moest ik maar in supermarkt gaan halen, later kwamen ze met klein...
