'Room spotless. Staff attentive. 360 degree New Years Eve fireworks from the rooftop. '

'The two reserved tower rooms with partial ocean view were not provided when checking in. After complaining about that we were moved from the third floor to the seventh floor where we could see the ocean partially. Furthermore, during the booking process we were offered "slot play" as an included amenity, but this has not been available for more than two years according to the reception employees.'

'Beautiful historic building that is now a hotel, the rooms are a bit dated, I expected a bit newer standard in the elements of the room. The location is perfect for sightseeing the most iconic parts of Santo Domingo. The staff is very friendly and service was excellent, food was very good as well and we would stay again if we are to visit Santo Domingo again. Great fast check in, fast check out, well run hotel. '

'The hotel is nice simple but it has what you need a warm ved and p ace and quiet its definitely for travelers that want to spend a nigh or two close to the colonial zone at a affordable rate the hot water was good and the AC was very strong it’s perfect for backpackers and explorer with a budget a place to sleep while there exploring the city '

'Very nice and friendly hotel. Right at thé centre square at main street in the colonial zone. Evrything can be reached by foot or with an uber (very cheap). I would not recommend parking your car in this street, as it is very busy. There is no elevator, so keep that in mind. Also make sure you can get a room that is not facing the square. At night (2-3 am) they will powerwash the square from all the bird poop from the pigeons. That will wake you up. And at 7 am the cleaners with blowers will...
