'Love the staff at this location always very attentive and courteous. The breakfast team did an awesome job and the cleaning team as well. The property is a quiet secluded area. The property also reached out to me to make sure I was coming in safely by giving me an alternate route due to bad road conditions. I definitely will plan on staying again in the future.'

'I was fooled by the 9.2 review and chose this place, even though it is very old and dirty, and we spent about two nights in the heat with two kids due to a broken cooling system.
The internet was very weak and limited, and it would frequently disconnect, causing me to miss my online meetings.
More than 90% of the meals were the same every day during our week-long stay.

'I chose this hotel because it presents itself as a luxury resort, with rates around $400 per night. Unfortunately, the quality of the room and the overall condition of the property did not meet what would reasonably be expected at that price point.
The main curtain in my room was covered in visible paint stains and remained that way throughout my stay. For a hotel positioning itself as luxury, this level of visible wear and lack of attention to detail is disappointing.

'Locatie is super. Op loopafstand van het strand en het centrum straatje. Mooi uitzicht over zee vanuit het hotel en de kamer.
Helaas is het hotel zo gebouwd dat het grandeur moet uitstralen, maar het is ontzettend verwaarloosd. Zwembaden waren niet schoon en werden ook niet echt gebruikt. De prijs was daar dan wel naar, dus een budget verblijf met de basis benodigdheden maar geen luxe stay. '
