'this house was beautiful and looked exactly like it does in the pics. its in a secured gated community and a great location to everything in sosua. Everything is within walking distance(grocery store, beach, restaurants, etc) but it is a nice little walk. the housekeeper also served as a chef and made us wonderful meals for very good prices, we just provided the groceries. local visitors had little issue being able to check in to visit. Only suggestion would be at some point to invest in an AC...

'Overall a good stay with a few small issues and one BIG issue: -Those exterior furniture cushions were discolored and had mold on some spots (definately NOT same color as in the photo) -pool needs resurfaced/painted -Daily interruptions when i was ASLEEP checking on my stay (not exactly a bad thing but when you're in the middle of sleeping YES) -Biggest thing VERY LATE CHECK-IN!!!
