Declare all overnight visitors in the reservation. $10 per guest per night after the second guest. Visitors staying over 4 hours are considered overnight guests.
Undeclared guest fee: $20 per guest per night.
Stained or damaged towels, sheets, or covers have a $30 fee each.
Local residents must contact the host before booking.
No illegal drugs on the property.
No hookah allowed. Violators will be expelled.
No loudspeakers inside the apartment or common areas.

Smoking fee: $200.

Late check-out fee: $50 after 30 minutes, an additional day charge after 2 hours without possession for the extra day.

Complaints authorize us to enter and resolve issues without further permission.

Violation of these rules may result in booking cancellation and eviction without refund.
