Revel in ultra luxury furniture and decor, three comfortable bedrooms, modern dining and living rooms, fully equipped modular kitchen, breakfast bar, laundry area, a spacious balcony with city and sea views and two private covered parking spaces - on the 6th floor of a recently built gated building, located at the top of a slope in one of the most exclusive sector of Santo Domingo.

The chic apartment has fast-speed internet (Wifi), cable TV, air conditioning in bedrooms and all indoor areas, premium kitchen utensils and tableware sets.

Bedrooms are equipped with smart HDTV, smartset alarm clock radios with bluetooh speaker, drawer dressers, nightstands & lamps with led lights, blackouts & drapes, curtains and high pile rugs, premium bedding, full body mirrors, hair dryer, beach towels, iron/ironning board, umbrella, digital weight scale and first aid kit.

The property has three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a half bathroom in the Master Living Room. A Fantastic Bedroom with a King bed, a Splendid Bedroom with two Queen beds and a Small Bedroom with a Twin bed, for a total of 4 in-room beds. Also a sofabed in Living Room No. 2 and 1 rollaway extra single bed (upon request) to locate in common spaces, for a total of 6 beds.

The gated tower has 18 apartments, a last generation elevator, a spacious airconditioned lobby professionally furnished and a rooftop with pool, BBQ, social areas and a fully equipped gym on the 9th floor.

Also, systems of surveillance that control the access, perimeter and common areas, total electric power plant coverage with automatic transfer and intercom system.

Stay away from this Properties and Geronimo

The worst service ever, Geronimo promise to check in on time, and at 6:00 pm, after two trips, he yields at me as if it was our fault that the apartment was not ready. The apartment a/c overflow with water and damage our shoes. The apartment t is a two-bedroom, not a three-bedroom apartment. The 3rd bed is in the back with no ac and next to a toilet disgusting. Avoid a screw vacation or simply a terrible time and stay away from here. I can go on and on about all the bad stuff in these apartments, just not worth it.
