Location!! Location!! Location!! This particular property is located in the PERFECT place within walking distance of major malls, grocery stores and countless restaurants. The bed was SUPER comfy and the A/C was ice cold! The building itself is very secure with 24 hour concierge/security. There’s a few bus stations nearby that I used to travel to different parts of DR which made my stay much more convenient. I would recommend the Caribe Tours bus stations that will take you all over the country for cheap. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone and can’t wait to use it again in the near future. THANK YOU!!!

Apartment near Agora mall

It was a great apartment to stay in. A very short walk to shopping and grocery stores. The apartment has fast internet which allowed me to work. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend others to book here, when it's available.

The property was cleaned and centrally located. The room was small but has all the amenities. The property manager communication was good at first, however after the Electricity went off for about 4 hours. Nothing works inside the unit. I texted the property manager and received not response for about 2 or 3 hours. I went to the lobby where i waited and the lobby attendant was trying to contact the property. But finally, the attendant told me that he was able to get the electricity back up. I thought about getting another rental. But i am glad the attendant resolved the issues.

Good property and location!

Overall a good property and very well kept. The restroom shower needs more cleaning in between guests a little Clorox would help that. We ran out of garbage bags and toilet paper and we had no problem picking some up but thought there would’ve been some on site. Beautiful tower and decor! I don’t think the listing said Residencial Biltmore, that would be nice to add to the listing. I would rent the property again if needed and if those minor suggestions were in place. Thank you for the quick responses to our messages. Overall a very nice place! Gracias !

Nice building and area. A lot of restaurants in the area including a few malls. Attendants in the lobby are very helpful… the only problem I was having was the wireless internet was giving some problems in the beginning. But overall no complaints

Great and Beautiful place to stay!!

Arrived after 1 am and the check in process was just as easy. I was escorted to my apartment by the front desk. Very clean and true to its pictures. Host was always responsive from the minute I booked to checking in and out. Only small recommendation is having additional toiletries and a soap dispenser eventhough I brought my own but just a small recommendation. This places gets a 10 star rating. Thank you Mr. Pena for allowing me to stay in your place.

Perfect small space for a short stay

Great location and clean. Check-in was seamless! The underground parking is safe and convenient, but unfortunately, there was a strong bad smell in the garage, perhaps because of being so deep underground. Outside of this, it was perfect.
