I didn't want to cancel any reservation in the last moment. The same day you arrived the same day I left.The lady you find was there only for one night to support. The part who's a big surprise for me is I never left any driver. Cause all my people know I only call the airport taxi service to my guest if need.Now I saw that I will ask to know who was that taxi driver who was with you?On my mind what can be happened is ,there are some workers from Ecuador who s leave in the residence they used sometimes a friend of them that probably they give you.Cause the lady who was there that night doesn't know nobody in Boca chica she came from Bavaro.Another time again sorry for your bad experience in the place.In that moment I didn't find any opcion to not cancel your reservation at last time.Thank you so much again.Best,Celestin
