Luxe villa in Santo Domingo

Een zeven slaapkamer / zeven badkamers huis, ingegraven zwembad met apart ingegraven jacuzzi, natte bar, surrround sound muziek systeem door het hele achtertuin. Twee slaapkamers met grote 10x10 voeten badkamer met jacuzzi. Aparte centrale airconditioning voor elk gedeelte van het huis, warm water, inclusief het buitenbad douche. Top van de lijn keuken met granieten top, magnetron, vaatwasser, side by side koelkast en een aangrenzende wasruimte met een grote wasmachine en droger. Centraal muziek / intercom door het hele huis. WiFi, telefoon en kabel-tv. Een uitstekende woning voor een groot gezin of gewoon puur entertainment, het hele pand is zeer prive met on-site beveiliging 24x7. Tot vier grote voertuigen kunnen worden geparkeerd in de eigen garage. Het huis is volledig bemand met een onderhoud persoon en een full-time meid als dat nodig is.

Fantastic family time!!

It’s the second time that we stay at this property and we can’t say enough great things about it. The staff is kind and incredibly helpful. The house is conveniently located and very safe with around the clock security. We tried the chef services and truly pleased. Wow! Beautiful house and even better staff!

This was by far the best experience I’ve had, the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Orlando the chef is absolutely amazing and catered to all of our requests. Santo the property manager went out of his way to ensure our safety. Manny has a put together an amazing experience that has reset the bar on all of my future travel arrangements. Hands down, I’ll definitely be booking this VRBO again on my next trip to Santo Domingo!

Not the best loacation. House needs some work.

To be honest I barely write reviews but with this house I felt very misled by all the 5 star reviews. To start this house is not in a great location like some of the previous reviews have stated. Out taxi driver from the airport even told us it was a bad neighborhood. So that had us on edge from the start. The house has high walls with razor wire a large gate and armed security. Don’t know if that made us feel better or worse. I did speak with Manny upon arrival and he was very cool about everything and said he understood my concerns and would refund me if we decided not to stay. Manny was very cool so we stayed. The house is nice but it does need some work and upgraded. The A/C in the master bedroom did not get cold. My girlfriend and I could not take the heat and had to move to another room downstairs. Also the jacuzzi did not get hot. We actually had to boil like 10 pots of water to warm it up. There is one small television in the entire house. All the mattresses are super old and need to be replaced. There were lots of mosquitos in the house. And those jokers were fast. All in all the house is a very good structure. It’s just needs some TLC. Get that jacuzzi and a/c fixed. Get some new mattresses and linen. Spray something for the mosquitos. Ohh and a new dryer.

Phil- Spectacular!!!!!!!

I want to start off by saying if you do not book this House after you read my review you have made the biggest mistake on putting together a vacation. First off i want to thank Manny the owner of this beautiful house for allowing my friends and i to rent it out. In the previous posts people had mentioned that pictures didnt do justice, well that is 100% correct. I felt like i was living in a palace. On to the staff, they were all TOP NOTCH. Rodolfo is the man, whenever you go to the beach, supermarket, or clubs he is always by your side to help you with either translating or currency. Franklin is the main guy that takes care of the house while your stay. Whenever you need something done he is there to assist you. Santo is your security guard also there to help you with anything you need. Honestly one of the best vacations ive been on and ive traveled to many places around the world. P.S. Manny if you read this thanks a bunch man. Really appreciate the kindness you showed my friends and i when you visited. We for sure will be back in no time. I will keep in touch. Ciao!!

The best house I've ever seen

The back yard pool area was to die for! This was an amazing house and everyone was so genuine and sweet! I'll be back!
