'We had already stayed at the Nous Hotel in Santorini in October 2023 and were completely satisfied at the time. That is exactly why we decided to book the hotel again for 5 nights during our trip in May 2026. Unfortunately, upon arrival we quickly realized that not much was left of the hotel we had experienced in 2023. Overall, the hotel no longer feels well maintained – at least not at the level one would expect from a 5-star hotel. In many areas, it feels like costs are being cut. One example...

'The bar was really expensive, yet the dinner was cheap and good. The view is great for this hotel in the surroundings, looking down on the boats - but every other town has better luxery hotels and the same views, with more things to do in the area.'
