Room was not finished yet. Many excuses from the hotel and they would make up to us. When the room was ready it was mentioned that we had received an upgrade. This turned out not to be the case it was room we booked. The hotel said, this is embarrassing and again excuses. Our room had no sunbeds by the pool which should be there, two days later we got one. The room was noisy. Location was also disappointing in terms of view. The bed was very good, breakfast was good and certainly also the staff there was very friendly and helpful. The staff tried very hard, but for the price you pay you also expect a lot and unfortunately they couldn't live up to that. We are still waiting on how they will make it up to us. "
