Comfortable and well equipped at Augusta St

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

Check in time is from 3:00 pm and a maximum of 5:00 pm (condominium rule) and check out is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. After this time we do not have online support.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.

The apartment has glass closures on the balcony and also an isolation door in the bedroom, minimizing potential noise as much as possible.

Clean and comfortable studio apartment, 10min walking from Avenida Paulista. It features a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good furniture and other care.

Building with excellent structure: swimming pool, gym, laundry (paid extra).

We set this space to offer excellent comfort during your stay in São Paulo.

In the apartment there are quality bedsheets and towels as well as small amenities for our guests. Kitchen offers the necessary utensils to make a good common areas.

Garage available for free.

There is a coin laundry inside the building, payable separately: request your coins with us, if necessary.
