'Room not very clean; conditioner bottle was empty; second day: tea, coffee not replenished, some towels missing; took two (!) hours to get the tea bags and coffee. No water cooker in the room (why giving tea bags without the option of boiling water?). Maintenance so-so. Great breakfast with friendly staff. Convenient location. However: Uber drivers could not find the hotel easily. '

Lazy service. I had to ask to do additional towels several times. Check in took 30 minutes. I took 1 hour from SP to Santos, and took 30 minutes for a lousy check in. '
