Spahotels in São Paulo South Shore

'Room not very clean; conditioner bottle was empty; second day: tea, coffee not replenished, some towels missing; took two (!) hours to get the tea bags and coffee. No water cooker in the room (why giving tea bags without the option of boiling water?). Maintenance so-so. Great breakfast with friendly staff. Convenient location. However: Uber drivers could not find the hotel easily. '

'Nice staff. Helpful, but the property badly needs renovated. The room and shower room are very poor. Breakfast was good. Parking was good BUT the hotel is beyond tired and nowhere near an $80 a night stay. Very poor value.'

'We got 2 rooms booked and my family and I were very happy with the staff. The rooms were very clean and looked new. The only negative comment was that my boyfriend had a knee surgery and it was hard for him to get in and out of the bathtub. Breakfast was great with a lot of options to choose and a section that offers healthy alternatives. We had a good experience staying at this hotel and we’ll definitely come back.'

'Ótimo lugar limpo e um bom atendimento'

'Nice hospitality'

'Quarto simples que atendeu plenamente o propósito. Não usei o ar condicionado porque estava frio. Usei o frigobar. Café da manhã simples e agradável. Quarto tranquilo.'

'Equipe prestativa e atenciosa'

'Boa experiência, bem caseiro'
