'L'accès a la chambre est particulier, monté au 7eme, traverser l'immeuble et aller a l'étage de la chambre Le personnel était très bien Le petit déjeuner et le dîner était aussi bien, mais bruyant. La propreté de la douche mériterait un produit anti moisissure.'

'Room not very clean; conditioner bottle was empty; second day: tea, coffee not replenished, some towels missing; took two (!) hours to get the tea bags and coffee. No water cooker in the room (why giving tea bags without the option of boiling water?). Maintenance so-so. Great breakfast with friendly staff. Convenient location. However: Uber drivers could not find the hotel easily. '

'Staff are very frienldy and the hotel is very close to the beach. The rooms need a little bit of refurbishment, but it's alright for the price. It's my 3rd time at the property, and I would certainly return.'

'No my room didn't overlook the beach. The room was clean and it was in a terrific location with easy access to everything. This is like a historic building. It's ginormous and it's right across from the beach so lots of rooms face the beach. It has air conditioning. We had two private bedrooms with bathroom and a fridge It suit our needs perfectly. Breakfast was included in the room price. '

'From check in to room cleaning to breakfast, this has been the worst Novotel experience I’ve ever had. I am an All member and this Novotel Gonzaga was far from being a Novotel standards. Lazy service. I had to ask to do additional towels several times. Check in took 30 minutes. I took 1 hour from SP to Santos, and took 30 minutes for a lousy check in. '

'Foi necessário mudar de quarto por 3x e em cada quarto havia problemas. No 1° quarto o box era minúsculo e não tinha como tomar banho sem deixar a porta do box aberto e alagava o quarto. No 2° quarto não funcionava a descarga. No 3° quarto havia um forte cheiro de mofo e o ar condicionado muito barulhento e atacou a minha alergia. Tudo isso aconteceu antes da 1° noite. No dia seguinte encerrei a estadia e voltei para casa ainda com 2 estadias pagas. Não sei o que aconteceu, poi já estive nesse...
