'Room not very clean; conditioner bottle was empty; second day: tea, coffee not replenished, some towels missing; took two (!) hours to get the tea bags and coffee. No water cooker in the room (why giving tea bags without the option of boiling water?). Maintenance so-so. Great breakfast with friendly staff. Convenient location. However: Uber drivers could not find the hotel easily. '

'I recommend this hotel'

'We got 2 rooms booked and my family and I were very happy with the staff. The rooms were very clean and looked new. The only negative comment was that my boyfriend had a knee surgery and it was hard for him to get in and out of the bathtub. Breakfast was great with a lot of options to choose and a section that offers healthy alternatives. We had a good experience staying at this hotel and we’ll definitely come back.'

'Our room was not as expected! Very small, could barely walk around the bed, the bathroom had mold in it, hair and sand in the shower on arrival, room smelled very musty! The daily breakfast and staff were great! Rooms were noisy at night could hear everything. No English speaking channel options on TV.'
