Mountain View Villa by Atlantic Holiday

Mountain View Villa, a holiday home located in São Vicente, with spectacular views of the mountains of Madeira Island. With capacity for 7 people, the house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and the other has a single bed. In addition, the house has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.



The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cutlery, among others, allowing guests to prepare and enjoy delicious meals with family or friends. The spacious living room has a sofa that converts into a bed, offering additional space for two more guests, as well as a Smart TV.



One of the most interesting features of this house is the ability to relax and enjoy panoramic mountain views. In addition, there is a parking space for 2 cars and free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

We provide bed linens and bath towels, and kindly request that guests respect the no-smoking policy indoors.



Check-in is flexible, available from 16:00 until 05:00 the next morning, to accommodate your travel schedule.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
