'The room was fairly clean, but it was a glorified tent, so we did not expect primo cleanliness. The area is a bit remote, so staff was not readily available. The restaurant was good and the staff there was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We had a good time, and we would return there again without hesitation. '

'It was a gorgeous room with a lovely deep big bath as well as a shower spacious and comfy beds with a wonderful verandah with lovely chairs and a fantastic view of the giraffes and rhinos right in fr I nt of your tent lodge magnificent '

'Check in was pretty straight forward. Parking is difficult due to owning a large 4x4 with an aerial but worked it out eventually.room was nice and cosy. Few marks on the walls and curtains and the bathroom wasnt very clean. I flushed the spa out with hot water before filling it again. It was nice and relaxing. Over all nice place to stay.'

'The room was clean & a good size. Only ordered breakfast once & it was 1 hour late & missing some items. No butter for toast, not enough milk for 2 cereals. Maybe we were supposed to supply our own. Other visitors to the motel were very noisy - banging doors & the room above us sounded like had elephants in it'

When we first showed up to check in, we had been driving all day and some people in our party really needed to use the bathroom. We were told that the bathroom was only for paying guests. We argued that since we were checking in, did that not make us paying guests? We were told no, that we were not checked in yet and we were not booked to stay at that particular property. 'Pleasant friendly staff, however the room was overpriced for what I paid ( over $300 per night ). To start with the mattress in my room was sagging in the middle & was clearly noticeable to look at, as for sleeping on this sagging mattress I woke up each morning with an aching back, you could notice the lack of mattress support as soon as laying on the bed. Traffic noise in room is another issue along with the noise of the air conditioning motor as you could clearly hear both inside the room.'
