'Bula! Saphire was a beautiful place to bring together a family group, but could benefit from a couple of simple changes. It’s a stunning location at the top of the hill, and perfect if you like a bit more solitude/happy to travel to do things. The pool is beautiful but on the cold/refreshing side because it’s in the shade. The house is huge, so could easily host a crowd. It’s reasonably set up for cooking but simple things like dishwashing liquid are missing. Lots of pretty run down/needs...

If you looking for glamor and fanciness then this ain't for you.But if you ,like us want a home away from home then this is for it.The personalized service by the staff made up for everything that lacked. 'The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here. They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime. 'It's a good place for your first night of last night before you go to the islands. Don't spend too long here. The beach is dirty and the sea too. Don't expect a white beach and blue water. The food is expensive, just go to Bamboo at the end of the road to get lunch and dinner, much cheaper and better. It's a good place for just one night as it's close to the airport. Also try the local bus!'

'Checking in didn't go smooth, because I stood in front of closed gate for 15 minutes. But from then on, the very friendly staff made me feel at home. Only other downside is that there is no public transportation nearby. And taxi drivers will try to shake you down. But that's not the fault of the B&B.'

'Best stay near airport hotel, friendly, atmosphere, few hundred yards from arr/dep hall and even then wonderful free shuttle service! Swimmingpool to relax. Low rise building only 2 floors.'

'Vreselijk hotel. Onvriendelijke service, niet schoon, airconditioning was kapot en heel veel vliegen in de kamer.'

'Convenient hotel near the airport. Easy walking distance to main road where buses ran about every 15 minutes. For the price paid the room was ok. The bathroom needs updating.'

'Big thank you to all staff at the hotel. Manager and all staff were incredibly helpful. Very nice kind people. Manager also took great care of me. Hotel is own by the prist so no bar and no guest or alcohol allowed. Bare this in mind. But staff are amazingly helpful and lovely people.'
