The hotel location is quite convenient for New Chitose Airport, since the hotel provides complimentary shuttle buses. The departure times of these busses are limited, however.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was relatively old-fashioned, but clean and comfortable. The hotel also provided quite a lot of things for free (even an evening snack) and had indoor public baths.
