'Stay was amazing and fabulous. Resort location is amazing on an island in Jaisamand lake which is Asia's second largest man made lake. There is a jetty service from a shore to the resort which is 3.5 away from the shore. You need to park your vehicle at the shore. Food was good. Entertainment activities should be increased. '

'It’s a beautiful property in a wonderful setting. So tranquil and beautiful. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The boat trip around the lake was a real pleasure. Our room was large and spacious, with excellent views of the lake from two aspects. We would happily stay at this property again. Thoroughly recommended. '

Reception and concierge service are very limited. Shame there isn’t a decent bar with a view for sundowners. Lots of places nearby though. I’d stay here again for an authentic haveli'

'The Hotel Mahendra Prakash is awesome place to stay in Udaipur at affordable cost. The rooms are spacious and gives you haveli like atmosphere. It is located at a prime area, major tourist spots are at walkable distance. Frintdesk, Housekeeping and restaurant staff is efficient and polite. Swimming pool is clean. Good is nice. Amazing breakfast. The owners and family are welcoming.They have maintained high standards of the property. Must stay at this hotel when in Udaipur. Highly recommended.'
