'Everything was fine, clean, etc., except that there were a LOT of carpenter ants in the room. I talked with the property manager, while I was there. I hope they do something about that. Otherwise, our stay was nice.'

Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful and professional with the guests. 'The room was clean and on the small side. It is situated across the street from Saranac Lake. We liked the fact that they had areas to sit outside the rooms and also a couple gazebos . It was quiet and a great place to relax after an active day.'

'The place was very accessible to shopping and tourist areas like High Falls Gorge and Whiteface Mountain. Breakfast was good. The only thing we didn’t like was the shower since the water from there flows right into the toilet. No clearcut divided except for the curtains. Other than that, our stay was great.'

Huge Samsung TV which required some effort to figure out how to navigate the channels, but after that I enjoyed the channel options and the picture quality. Some written instructions would have been nice. Ditto for the a/c remote but I didn't really need it.
