Conch House - 7 Homes to the Beach - Amazing Pool Area with TV

Welcome to the Conch House, a Charleston inspired beach house unlike any other home and without compromise in craftsmanship here on Anna Maria Island. As you arrive on the property you will be greeted by incredible details from the entry doorway, ceilings, and pool area which is complete with a heated pool half exposed to the sun and half under the elevated home. In the pool area, you will also find a quiet sitting area and 50 inch TV for a little relaxation after a day at the beach, which is only 7 houses away!

The Conch House is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath elevated home. The master suite resides on the first living level of the home, seperate from the living area, with an attached bath with a walk in shower. You can relax in the comfortable king size bed with 600 thread count pima cotton wrinkle free sheets. The second living level encompasses the remaining three bedrooms, including a suite with queen bed and attached bath with a walk in shower. The remaining two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two twins, share a full bath with a walk in shower. Linens, towels, and beach towels are included in this home.

The living area includes plenty of comfortable seating for visiting or watching TV as well as more than enough seating around the table for meals. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment to make standard meals and enough dishes for a full house.

Lizzie Lu's Island Retreat is a full service property manager on Anna Maria Island to ensure our guests enjoy some of the nicest, well stocked homes on the island. For an additional charge, we offer bikes and GEM cars among other services. Rest assured we are here to assist as needed in the most efficient manner possible.

While vacationing on Anna Maria Island, please adhere to our local rules and regulations for our residential community which are located in our homes as well as our arrival information.

Beautiful house and pool, steps to the beach

Great house for our family get together. Manager reponded in minutes to our request to warm up the pool during the cold snap and we had some lovely afternoon swims. Beach is a short walk to the end of the block and a beach cart is provided if you are loading up for the day. House was clean and comfortable, beautifully decorated.

Beautiful Home!

We had a great time at the Conch House. We’ve rented through VRBO several times. This was the nicest beach house we’ve stayed in thus far. Great house that’s minutes from everything. We skipped the car rental and rented a GEM directly from Lizzie Lu. It was sitting in the garage when we arrived. We really enjoyed it but the open sides are problematic when it rains. The homes architectural details are fantastic both inside and out. Each room is extremely well appointed. The living room and kitchen are beautiful and functional as well. We also enjoyed having an elevator. It worked great for moving the luggage and hauling groceries. The pool is also wonderful. Having a portion of it covered was great. After being in the sun all day it’s a nice break from the heat for the kids, Grandma and parents. They have beautiful landscaping surrounding it giving a real sense of privacy. Beach access is a short walk from the house. Anything we needed for the beach was in the garage…wagon, chairs, umbrellas, cooler and screw anchors for the umbrella base. It’s really astonishing that this home isn’t someone’s personal property. The house was built and is rented by Lizzie Lu’s Island Retreat. I had an opportunity to meet the gentleman that founded the company. They’re a small family run operation with multiple properties in Anna Maria. We normally stay in the Panhandle area of Florida ie Seaside/Rosemary. This was our first trip to southern Florida’s gulf coast and it definitely won’t be our last! Great house, island and beach!
