  • Paradijs gevonden in dit 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers huisdiervriendelijke zwembad thuis! Dit familiehuis ligt op slechts 1 stratenblok van de ongerepte witte zandstranden aan de Golf van Mexico. Volledig ingericht in kuststijl en met alle luxe van thuis voor een stressvrije vakantie. Gelegen in het prestigieuze North End van het eiland.

    Het huis biedt een tropisch zwembad met een loungeruimte en een eethoek om te genieten van een snack in de late namiddag of een maaltijd bij zonsondergang. De hoofdslaapkamer leidt naar het zwembad en de weelderige tropische omgeving.

    De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met uitzicht op het zwembad. De tweede kamer biedt een groot bed en de laatste kamer biedt een set van twee aparte bedden. Er zijn twee grote badkamers met bad en douche.

    Je kunt de accommodaties die dit huis biedt niet overtreffen! Volledig ingerichte keuken met alle gemakken van thuis. Handdoeken, beddengoed, frisse lakens en voldoende strandlakens om jezelf in te wikkelen na een goede lange duik in het verwarmde zwembad! Open plattegrond met alle voorzieningen zijn hier inclusief verwarmd zwembad, wasmachine / droger, kabel, gratis WiFi en een omheinde achtertuin voor uw harige familieleden.

Adorable cottage in central Anna Maria location…2 blocks from the beach, 3 blocks to Pine Ave shopping district and 4 blocks to City Pier! Home has fully appointed kitchen, backyard pool and all the beach gear you need! The hubs and I and 2 of our adult children enjoyed our vacation immensely! Only thing I would update are the beds :/

While the home was clean it was a real downer the the pool was dirty.When you look at the overall cost (rental, cleaning, property management)...Not worth the price!

The property was very nice one this that i would add is on the back doors having the alarms. We have stayed at another house that had the same systems, and they had a button on the outside also you could hit. This silences the alarms when anyone is in the house asleep. The way it is set up you have to open the door and then immediately hit the button.

Girls Trip

This was a great house for a couple of ladies. GREAT location, clean, well stocked and enough room to spread out. Pool was a great size and plenty of room to spread out on patio furniture too. Overall a great house. It does need some maintenance. One toilet leaked all over the bathroom making it unusable and the other one the toilet seat wasn’t attached. The lights in the pool didn’t work and the china cabinet piece of furniture’s door fell off when opened and smash my toe. Just small maintenance items would make this house a 5/5.

Perfect, if only

Just a few things. The people that had the twin beds said they were terribly uncomfortable and they mostly tossed and turned all night. On the other hand, the other beds seemed fine. The refrigerator seems to be leaking water. The pool is like bath water, not refreshing but not sure what you do in Florida for that. The pool filter is located right where the lounge chairs are and is incredibly loud and annoying while you are poolside. The walk to the beach really is only 5 minutes and the beach is lovely. All and all, Anna Maria is beautiful.

Needs new pillows, hall bath fan, vanity, cabinet upgrade. Suggest grommet curtains for French doors. Broken toilet seat hinge in hall bath. Needs new exterior door out of bathroom. New LED MATCHING bulbs would be a plus. Ceiling fans only have one low speed. Pool deck pool skimmer needs to be leveled major tripping hazard. A little would go a long way at this house.

I understand the policy, just sucks when you pay and can’t stay due to death in family. At the very least I should be reimbursed for the cleaning fee. We would have gladly taken a different few days even during the week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Coastal Cottage a week in February, 2023. The cottage is small but adequate. The 3 bedrooms were small but comfortable. The central living area was upgraded with new furniture which was nice and large TV. Kitchen is a bit small and the lighting isn't great (I wish there was a light above or around the sink area). Two bathrooms is a bonus plus outdoor shower but the bathrooms could use a little update and they are both small. Outdoor backyard area was pleasant with a nice pool area and lounge areas. The best part of Costal Cottage is the location!! 1 1/2 blocks from beach and two blocks from Pine Street. Restaurants and shopping near and within walking distance. I would recommend a stay here for a couple but no more than 6 people (adults & children).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our vacation at Coastal Cottage. The house is really nice, with a really nice pool and patio in back. Its location is close to many great places in Anna Maria, just a couple block walk to the beach and not that long of a walk to Anna Maria Pier and all of the restaurants and shops that Pine Ave has to offer, including Ginny and Jane E's and the Sandbar Restaurant. We've already booked Coast Cottage for next year. I also want to mention the great support provided by Florida Dream's Reality. We had a problem with the cable television service. Kevin, who works for Florida Dreams Reality came over right away (on a Sunday) and stayed for a couple of hours until the problem was solved. He couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. I would recommend Florida Dreams and their properties to anyone looking for a great stay on Anna Maria Island.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Please let guests use the closet instead of the owner hoarding ALL closets. Replace the fan in the bathroom as it is too loud. Master bedroom extra door should be covered over or at the very least cleaned near the threshold. Need more silver wear. Need low ball glasses. Griddle was extremely dirty, I scrapped it but decided to buy a new grate for the Weber grill as the one on the grill was too far gone to clean. Liked the Brita water filter. The water filtration system was supposed to run during the day, you may want to check it as I believe it ran nonstop. The armoire in the kitchen is nonfunctional and falling apart. Good pans and coffee maker.

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la playa de Anna María y restaurantes. La casa es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario par una excelentes vaciones de playa. Las camas muy cómodas y suficientes toallas de baño y playa. La piscina estaba un poco sucia.
