Coco Cabana Mooi prive zwembad Home Een paar blokken naar het strand

Coco Cabana gelegen op 309 A 58th St in Holmes Beach is een prachtig huis met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers met een verwarmd privézwembad. Dit huis op de begane grond heeft alles wat u maar wilt, op slechts een paar blokken van het strand en dicht bij winkels en restaurants. Na een dag op het strand komt u terug en blijft u ontspannen bij het zwembad.
Coco Cabana slaapt zes met twee kingsize bedden en twee aparte bedden, er is ook een queensize slaapbank. Elke slaapkamer heeft een televisie, alles is in het werk gesteld om een ontspannen verblijf te creëren voor het hele gezin.

The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for cooking big meals. The bedrooms are all clean, comfortable, and airy. The bathrooms are both magnificent. The true highlights are the backyard pool and the short (less than 10 min) walk to the beach. We have stayed here twice and can't wait to come back! We had a question about something with the pool and someone from the rental company came out within an hour to check it out. The management company regularly checks in. Every detail is accounted for, including beach chairs and a wagon. We loved it!

Christine and Jerry - the owners - as well as the management company Island Vacation Properties - made sure we were safe and knew how to contact them. The cottage is so convenient to everything we wanted - beach, restaurants, shops and bars. We love AMI and hope to stay at this hidden gem in the future. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The kitchen is very well appointed and we had everything we could possible need. The pool was perfect for our four children and going to the beach was easy and convenient with the beach wagon and all beach supplies you could need. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone. The location is great with The Ugly Grouper right at the end of the street and many shops and restaurants just a short walk or golf cart ride away.

The property is beautifully decorated, spacious and the kitchen has everything you might need (if you plan to cook). It's a short 5-6 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to the Ugly Grouper (but you don't hear any noise really). Loved the large pool too. We had such a nice, relaxing week away from it all.

The pool set up with the chairs, table, tiki hut, and landscaping was resort level! The house is well maintained and fully set up for renters including kitchen needs, pool/beach towels, and pool/beach floats, chairs, umbrellas. We had stayed off AMI before but we did prefer this location as we were able with a short drive/golf cart up to the Doughnut Experiment and Two Scoops ice cream on the north end of the island. We will definitely look for this house again when we return to AMI.
