  • Coconut Bayou is een 3 slaapkamers, 3. 5 bad Key West stijl schoonheid met alle comfort die u maar kunt bedenken. De keuken is prachtig en ruim - een droom voor elke kok die graag kookt. Alle kamers zijn uitgerust met tv's en snel internet. Het huis is volledig gevuld met alles wat je nodig hebt. Geniet van de voor- en achterporch, het ruime zwembad met een paar ligstoelen eromheen. Huur een kajak of paddle-board en vertrek vanaf uw eigen aanlegsteiger! Het huis slaapt comfortabel 6 personen in bijna 2.500 vierkante voet. Overzie de bayou vanaf het balkon van de ruime slaapkamer met een geweldig uitzicht. Een strandwagen, strandhanddoeken, strandstoelen en een paraplu zijn bedoeld voor uw gemak. Awesome home! Quiet area, and so close to the beach. Pool and spa were so fun and relaxing. We’re already thinking of another trip to AMI and if we do we won’t even search for another property if this one is available for the dates we choose.

Very nice rooms and kitchen. Spa works great. Easy walk to beach and restaurants.

Amazing vacation!

This property was everything we needed for our family vacation! The private pool was a big hit, it was a short walk to the beach and has its own little dock over the water. Thanks for a great time!

A fantastic place

This home was immaculate, a fabulous location close to beach and Pine St and property management very helpful. Be advised there are many,many stairs! The pool and hot tub very nice. And we had access to double garage for parking. We have been going to AMI for several years and this may be the nicest home we have rented.

Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay on Coconut Ave. The house is located in a perfect spot-two blocks from the beach and two blocks from shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped and several chairs and a wagon were provided for the beach. Floats for the pool were included as well. Would be great to provide some activities for teens such as a ping pong table or games in the very large, empty garage area like other houses in the area.

Beautiful house on AMI

Lovely house in a quiet section of the island, close to the beach and shops. The only knock I have is that the hot tub jets didn't work and no one fixed it in the 5 days we were there (someone came by but didn't know how to fix it, kinda insinuated that i might have broken it and then said a pool tech was coming out but a guy showed up just to clean the pool and didn't fix the jets). There really should be an instruction sheet on how to operate the system, but who knows if that would have helped since it was most likely broken. If you don't mind not having a working hot tub, this place is great. Also, hot water was a premium for the showers ao I'm not sure if the water heater is fully functional.
