Huisje aan de gracht

3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een garage voor 1 auto aan de gracht. Dicht bij de stranden van Ana Maria Island, IMG Academy en winkels. Onlangs gerenoveerd van binnen en van buiten. Grote slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een volledige slaapkamer en een bureau. De twee extra kamers hebben een queensize bed, ook met volledige slaapkamersets. Alle slaapkamers hebben tv's.
Buiten heeft een afgeschermd verwarmd zwembad en overdekte Lani. Het dok is 30 voet lang en heeft ook een drijvend dok. Ook op locatie zijn twee kajaks voor volwassenen en één kind. Will om maandelijks, week of korte tijd lease te huren. Stuur een e-mail naar jrwmer @

Great place to stay, super convenient location. The neighborhood was super quiet day and night. The interior is spacious, more than enough room for a family and more. The pool was one of the cleanest pools I’ve been in on a vacation stay, great job to whomever maintains it. Our favorite part of the house is the exterior, the pool area and the dock. Overall super happy choosing this house, we would choose it again.

Photos do not do this place justice. It is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean! The host was quick to respond to any questions and was very kind. The property is in a quiet, safe neighborhood that we felt comfortable walking our dog in late at night. We spent a lot of time in one of the cleanest pools we’ve ever seen. I’m not sure if it was heated, but the temp was always perfect. The pool lights worked so we got to enjoy night swimming. There was plenty of room on the dock for our boat and the driveway has both a U shape and a straight area that was perfect for parking the boat trailer. The tiki hut by the canal was something we didn’t know we needed in our life, but relaxing under the tiki hut with our morning coffee quickly became a daily routine. The couches and beds were super comfortable and there were ample towels and appliances. We truly felt like it was our home away from home!

Family Relaxation

The property is everything as described and more. Very clean with all the essentials both in the kitchen and around the house. The pool was clean and enjoyed by everyone. The back area was a bonus with the tiki hut and canal. We had a blast fishing and watching boats go by. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. We will be sure to stay again on our next trip to the area.

We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament in the area. The home was immaculate and beautiful. The 3 bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms are clean and updated and come with bath towels. The outside in the backyard is amazing. There’s even an outside kitchen and a lot of seating. The owner was so nice and flexible. I hope to get back for an actual vacation!

Best VRBO Ever!

Let me start by saying, we have stayed at many vacation rentals all over the country in the past 5 years and unfortunately we have high expectations based on pricing. I can tell you that this VRBO met and totally exceeded our expectations. The previous reviews are correct, the pictures do not do it justice at all! This place is completely remodeled and immaculate...even the baseboards are perfectly cleaned all throughout the house. There was not one spec of dust anywhere and no corners were cut where anything was concerned. The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking utensils, there is plenty are plenty of comfy places to sit and eat or to just relax. The pool area is crystal clean and my kids loved that it was deep! The dock looks brand new, it was cleaned off perfectly, no bird poop anywhere on any of the chairs (loungers and tiki chairs). Maureen even had fishing poles ready to go for fishing. You can fish for hours off the dock, with frozen shimp and catch a variety of fish. The kayaks were in perfect shape too, not old and beat up. The 4 bikes were in perfect shape. I mean this place was amazing. 10/10 isn't even enough compared to other places. Maureen was always quick to respond if we had questions and we would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was completely quiet and very safe.

Awesome! Highly recommend.

This home was perfect for us, well kept, very clean, and well stocked. Fished for hours right off the dock. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Such a comfortable relaxing home, you are able to isolate, enjoy some peace and quiet, yet not far from restaurants and other conveniences. If you like to fish and relax. Stay here you won't be sorry.

Great Property

Location was easy to get to and from beaches and places inland. Very clean house with plenty of room. Pool and outside areas were great to relax in, and so many different options to enjoy so everyone could find their own spot. Only downside is the pool didn’t have much of a shallow end so would be difficult for smaller kids to enjoy with a flotation device
