The Cozzi Cottage offers two private terraces, one where you can enjoy grilling out or dining al fresco; the other where you can curl up with a good book on the outdoor sectional after a long day at the beach. The interior has been updated and boasts a modern, natural, open and airy feel featuring a farmhouse style kitchen that offers everything you will need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. The oversized bedroom features a king-size bed and flat screen TV with an organic, modern feel. This property also features a full-size farmhouse bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa and there is a full-size washer & dryer in the unit along with high-speed WiFi throughout.

AMI offers a FREE trolley service every 20 minutes from 6 a.m. – 11 p.m. The trolley travels from the north end of Anna Maria Island to Coquina Beach.
