Breng uw vakantie door met ontspannen in luxe op het eiland. Met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers en een bonus slaapgedeelte is er ruimte voor de hele crew! Zelfs je harige familielid is welkom bij AMI Boathouse omdat dit huis hondvriendelijk is! Het AMI-botenhuis ligt aan de felbegeerde noordkant van het eiland, op een steenworp afstand van de baai en aan het kanaal, zodat u op elk moment van de dag van een waterview kunt genieten. Een nieuw 6 'x 55' Boat Dock is zojuist geïnstalleerd! Als je klaar bent op het strand of gewoon een ochtendje wilt zwemmen, ga dan lekker loungen naast het sprankelende zwembad aan het water en neem een duik in de spa! De buitendouche is perfect voor het reinigen na een dag op het strand of op de boot. Na een lange dag in de buitenlucht kunt u ontspannen in de grote slaapkamer in uw California kingsize bed, inloopkast en een eigen badkamer met een groot ligbad. Franse deuren leiden naar de afgeschermde veranda met uitzicht op het zwembad en de gracht. De tweede en derde slaapkamers zijn beide voorzien van kingsize bedden. De keuken is goed ingericht en vol met aanrecht, zodat iedereen ruimte heeft om hun favorieten te koken en toch genoeg ruimte heeft om uw tropische drankjes naar keuze te maken. Luxury on Loquat

Beautiful pool and dock, great for families. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Short walk to pier and trolley. The home is decorated beautifully and is on a quiet street. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you will need. We enjoyed our stay and cannot think of anything we would change.

The house is great and in a perfect location. Being VRBO owners, I would recommend that some basics be available, such a aluminum foil an extra roll of toilet paper and some cooking oil, sugar.

Fantastic canal home

This property is great. Nicely appointed interiors with comfortable outdoor spaces looking out to the canal. We brought our boat and kept it tied up to the dock. Great location not far from Pine and the City Pier. Lovely pool. Comfortable beds. We would definitely rent again!

Great Vacation Home

This property worked great for our family. It was clean when we arrived. The check in/out procedure was very easy. The pool was awesome. We had a minor issue during our stay with the sink in the kitchen that was taken care of right away by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Location was good, the beach was easily accessible thanks to the golf cart we rented. Walking distance to many shops and few restaurants.

We loved this property! Check in and check out process were simple. There was plenty of space for our whole group, loved having two living spaces so the kids could have their own hangout space. The kitchen was nice and plenty big. We spent the majority of our time outside on the deck or down by the pool. The grill was in good condition and we used it multiple nights. The pool has lights so we used it both day and night! Location was great. Very quiet street. Close to everything. We walked up to Pine St for ice cream and shopping every day. There were beach towels, beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, etc). No complaints about this home and we hope to be back soon!

This house has a lovely terrace that overlooks a canal. Sitting on the terrace is like being at the movies. You see birds of all descriptions, manatee, butterflies and jumping fish for constant surprise and entertainment. The interior is beautiful, a little quirky, and very comfortable. This property was exactly as described. It’s an older home that has been mostly updated. We didn’t love the door alarms but understand it is a state law so we dealt with them. The canal was great to kayak through and the neighborhood was nice to walk our dog around. It would be nice if there was a patch of grass or turf for pets to do their business. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were fine. Any time we reached out to the management they responded promptly. We will return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the AMI Boathouse. The house was well equipped with extra linens, beach toys, lawn chairs and much much more. There are a few things that need attention: the tv in the bedroom with the slider going outside didn't seem to work, the wine fridge didn't get below 60 degrees, the grill could probably be replaced but still worked for us it just seems a bit dated. As for the attention from AMI rentals, our AC unit didn't work the first day and it was fixed by noon the next day. The service was great and everyone was very responsive! My family and I loved the house and enjoyed the hospitality here, and we would not hesitate to recommend the AMI Boathouse or AMI vacation rentals.

Beautiful place on a canal

We were here in June 2024. The outside space with the TV, corn hole, tables and canal is where we ended up most evenings and it is just spectacular! They had beach chairs, sand toys if you have little ones and a large connect 4 game which we had fun playing! The layout is a little quirky with the bonus space but we understand why they did it to maximize the sleeping spaces. It could use a little updating but we spent the majority of our time out doors exploring or enjoying the pool. The Master bedroom is huge and all of the beds our family used were very comfortable. You can easily walk to the city dock and the Waterfront Restaurant and the shops next to the restaurant. The trolley stops at the City Dock, it is free. We had to contact the rental company for a small issue and they were very responsive and sent someone immediately. We had a fabulous time! Thank you for opening up your home to us!

We had a lot of issues after getting into the property. The toilet in the master bathroom wouldn’t flush- my husband fixed it. The tub in the master bath wouldn’t hold water- management sent over someone. We went to put our chicken on the grill and grill didn’t work. The biggest issue is the owner does not allow you to heat the hot tub! The hot tub is to be the same temperature as the pool. Could have been in the literature and I missed it but either way probably wouldn’t have rented the place if we knew that. For the amount of money we paid I expected a much better stay without issues.

Relaxing Vacay at a Beautiful Home

We stayed for a week and wish it could have been a month. Wonderful Island with super nice people. The house was beautiful and the property management company was very responsive and super helpful. We had an issue with the door not working properly and they came out and fixed it immediately. The house itself is beautiful and was great for us to have a relaxing chill vacay at the pool with beautiful views. I will say though that the pictures online are definitely wide angle lol. Pool was the perfect temp, neighborhood was quiet and instacart was our friend lol. Restaurants are wonderful and we had sunshine every single day. House had plenty of room, and everything is well appointed. Only complaint might be that they need a thorough deep clean to get rid of dirt and stuff on walls, cabinets and moldings. The house is a pet friendly rental - so wear and tear is to be expected, but I had to actually clean some of the cabinet doors in the kitchen myself as they were visibly dirty and sticky. Also had to clean out the coffee pot as it had moldy left over coffee and filter in it - yuck. Not a big deal, but not a good start lol. The positives way outweigh the small little things.

Property location is fantastic and the bones of the house are there but the pictures online are old. The bunk room now has two weird beds jammed in the area head to foot and the other bedroom has an oddly high bed frame with no effort to even try to hide the bad purchase. The updates and repairs were done as cheaply as can be done: The full bath off the kitchen was done with plastic or vinyl sheet on the floor even though the pictures on the website show gorgeous hardwoods. (Hardwoods that are there need to be sanded and polyurethaned) The primary is super comfy but again, they covered the bathroom floor as cheaply as possible and decided against replacing the door that was on the shower. Instead there is a drugstore plastic curtain on a spring rod. The living room furniture needs to be replaced as does the sofa in the bonus room. Some TLC and this place would rock unfortunately it is hanging on by a thread.

AMI Boathouse

We had a fabulous stay at AMI boathouse. The kids enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and fishing off the dock as well as having their own private “area” of the house with the bonus room off the kitchen. House is conveniently located close to all the shops and restaurants Anna Maria Island has to offer as well as the beautiful beaches. The rental office was very responsive and easy to work with. All in all it was a great vacation and my kids are excited to go back again next year.
