Dit onlangs bijgewerkte rookvrije huis bevindt zich in Venetië, Florida. Geniet van het zwembad in uw eigen achtertuin en u bent slechts enkele minuten verwijderd van de ongerepte prachtige stranden van Venetië met veel haaientanden om op te jagen. House is gelegen in een gezinsvriendelijke buurt met meerdere golfbanen in de buurt voor u om uit te kiezen. Dit huis met twee slaapkamers biedt een kingsize bed en een queensize bed. Er is ook een ligbed naast de comfortabele woonkamer voor een extra gast. De achterporch zit vol met ramen voor een licht en luchtig gevoel. Het bevat ook een eettafel. De keuken is volledig gevuld met de voorzieningen die u nodig heeft tijdens uw verblijf en een leuke eetkamer bevindt zich naast de keuken. Wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Kabel en WiFi inbegrepen. We loved it. Overall the house is 10 out of 5 stars! Very clean, nice car parking, sunroom even has an A/C! The pool area is top notch! Back yard outstanding! Palm trees has coconuts!!!!! Located close to many beaches! Aldi is 5min away for groceries, Walmart 10 min away. Punta Gorda Airport is 20 min away. The place is must stay with families! Check in was the easiest and smoothies process I've ever had. Kitchen has everything we need and even more than we need. Shower is updated to very modern look. We defiantly love it. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. If you plan to have a vacation in Florida, this place is must stay! Will be telling my friends to stay here 100%!

Cozy & welcoming! Everything was spotless & the beds super comfy.The pool & outside area complete with a large gas grill was perfect! Location could not have been better with grocery, ABC, & shops within minutes from the house and 15 minutes from those gorgeous Florida sunsets! Can’t wait to return!

Fabulous rental

Only been gone four days and I miss it so much. Angie and Dan are absolutely great. We enjoyed our four weeks so they are so much. The pool was so relaxing and the water was nice and warm. We spend some time there just about every day. The house is so well stocked with all the essentials. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the backyard is very secluded, and at the same time you are no more than a mile away from anything you might need and some beautiful restaurants and beaches and places to watch the sunset I wish that we could come back next year because this would absolutely be our number one place to go to thanks again Angie and Dan you went above and beyond to make it a wonderful place to stay

Heated pool was great to use and Dan made sure the temperature of the water was right. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Neighborhood is very quiet as well. Angela and Dan’s place was well maintained and very comfortable. The times I had to contact Angela she responded promptly and was always very nice. The only thing that wasn’t mentioned in the listing is that there is an attached mother-in-law suite that was occupied during our stay.

Absolutely perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners are absolutely wonderful. The house is super clean, and fully stocked with everything you might need for a short or extended stay (including a washer and dryer!). The backyard area is so cute, and the pool is the best after a hot day in the sun. The location is in a quiet, residential neighborhood not far from anything you want to get to in the area. I would HIGHLY recommend you stay here!

Beautiful and Quiet!

Angie and Dan's place was gorgeous and very well kept! It was quiet and relaxing for our family (3 and 10 year old boys). The pool was amazing and my boys enjoyed seeing all the frogs and lizards running around. We were able to drive to 6 beaches during our week stay, and particularly enjoyed dinner at Sharkys! Angie was very communicative and promptly replied to all messages. We would definitely stay again on our next trip!
