We were told there were no other rooms available (when the hotel clearly wasn't full). We were located at ground floor practically next the the restaurant. They couldn't figure out how to get the hot tub working which is why I booked the honeymoon suite. The room is small in comparison to the pictures. I didn't get to use the hot tub not once.
