You have to understand that you are staying in a tent, but they have AC, a fan, and eletric to make your stay amazing. It's advertised to have a washer and dryer; however, there is not one on site. Housekeeper does your laundry. I'm particular about mine, so washed most of mine in baby shampoo and hung dry.
