'I used to stay at Grand Tjokro a lot when it was still called Clarity. It's not bad, but I am not impressed The sensor for access on the door was not installed. The toilet was clogged. The unpleasant smell in the bathroom The room was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly, however a lot of young 'kids' in their staff. It looks like an internship or work and learn hotel. 'Stayed 2 nights in their Family Room. Rates are affordable, room is a tad small for 4 adults but it's alright. We had a decent stay. Breakfast spread is not huge - filled with local food. Not much healthy options but it'll do. Location is excellent as it's just across the road from s shopping mall Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk). Loads of stores along the roads to patronise. Staff are friendly and nice.'
