'We did have a room on the 8th floor, but it was too noisy from the outside traffic. some food wasn’t warm but cold during breakfast. 'I used to stay at Grand Tjokro a lot when it was still called Clarity. It's not bad, but I am not impressed The sensor for access on the door was not installed. The toilet was clogged. 'Overall, our stay was good. The staff could speak English, and were very helpful, helping us with directions, as well as problems with our Grab car. We were also given free bottles of water each day and a decent Indonesian breakfast. The room was basic, but had a large bed which was clean and comfortable. 'Stayed 2 nights in their Family Room. Rates are affordable, room is a tad small for 4 adults but it's alright. We had a decent stay. Breakfast spread is not huge - filled with local food. Not much healthy options but it'll do. Location is excellent as it's just across the road from s shopping mall Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk). Loads of stores along the roads to patronise. Staff are friendly and nice.'
