Geniet van deze prachtige unit met een tropisch thema terwijl u geniet van het adembenemende uitzicht op de oceaan vanaf uw privépatio. Zie zelf foto's van het prachtige uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit de woonkamer en slaapkamer.

Het apparaat is ook gevuld met strandaccessoires voor uw plezier, waaronder strandstoelen, boogieplanken, paraplu, speelgoed, handdoeken en een koeler. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, grote HD-tv en een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan. De tweede slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden en de woonkamer heeft twee babybedjes indien nodig. Er is ook gratis draadloos internet beschikbaar.

Geniet van alle voorzieningen die u op het terrein wilt, waaronder twee BBQ-stations, twee omheinde hondenparken, jeu de boules, shuffleboard, fitnessruimte met uitzicht op het zwembad en de oceaan, en een verwarmd zwembad. Het gebouw is gunstig gelegen op slechts 20 minuten van Melbourne International Airport, een uur van Orlando International Airport en 15 minuten ten zuiden van Cocoa Beach. Alles wat u nodig heeft is gunstig gelegen in de buurt, waaronder een grote Publix (supermarkt) en een bioscoop aan de overkant van de straat. Er zijn ook tal van uitstekende restaurants op korte rijafstand.

Well with a few days until my trip started I got a disturbing call telling me the vrbo was flooded, Then I was told they would refund my trip in full. Well that was all well and good but I had planned to take my Mom who is handicapped and our trip was booked. They offered me a few replacements but they were unacceptable. They then told me they may have something more expensive. They sent me all choices I found one acceptable and after the dust settled they accommodated us at the same price point. So after my initial panic attack all worked well and the property was bourgeois.

This rental is quite clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean is fabulous. This place is very cozy and everything we would want in a beach stay. Management staff were easily accessible and quickly responded to questions. I was disappointed to learn shortly before arrival that we would not be able to walk our dog on the beach; it was recommended that we utilize a dog friendly beach several miles away. We always take our dog onto the beach when we travel and have never stayed at a place that did not allow that. Further, dogs are not allowed on any grassy area in this development. There is a gated dog area that has no grass but Astro turf. Our dog has never been on artificial turf and consequently would not use it. We had to walk to a development down the road in order to walk our dog several times a day. I have rented several dog friendly homes at beaches in the past and have never been restricted from walking with my dog on the beach or on grassy areas at the property. I would encourage Management to update the property description to include city ordinance information regarding dogs on the beach in order to reflect a more accurate representation of staying here with a pet so that future guests with pets can make a fully informed choice when deciding to stay here.

The Paradise Beach Club looks a bit more modern in the photos. It was built in the 1970s, has a somewhat worn feel to it and the rental condos could use some cosmetic interior updating. The online photos are accurate although probably taken with a wide-angle lens. That having been said, it's in an excellent location on a beach that's lovely for walking (heavy surf when we were there, but I assume that's a seasonal thing), the condo had all the interior furnishings one would expect, it's within walking distance of a Publix market and a Dunkin Donuts, and there are excellent restaurants within easy driving distance. One minor inconvenience: no washer/dryer in the unit, but there was some upstairs available for guests. The management personnel were nice to deal with and very responsive. If we were going back to that specific area, I'd probably stay there again.

This was our first trip to the Space Coast, and Satellite Beach, but it won't be our last. This condo is very conveniently located to explore Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and Melbourne; but also close to restaurants in Satellite Beach and Publix is across the street. The condo is an older one but the unit, as well as the complex, is well maintained. The accommodations and furnishings met our needs and were as described. There is not a washer/dryer in the unit but machines are available on the 3rd floor. We appreciated that our dog was welcome and that it was not obvious that it was a pet friendly rental (we have experienced that in the past). This unit is conveniently located near the end which makes for quick trips down to the pool which gets lots of sunshine. Bonus feature was seeing a SpaceX launch and seeing the 2nd stage separate directly in front of our balcony.

I would recommend paradise beach club to anyone looking for an oceanfront getaway! Check in was a breeze and communication was very easy. We had zero issues while we stayed. Everything was very clean and well kept. Our room had way more extras than we were expecting. The views were amazing! 100% would book again.

What a delight of a location, property, and property management team! Great for us to have the pool and beach so close for our kids to run between easily (and easy access to see the rocket launch from the pool deck). The property was well-equipped, clean, the location is great (close to grocery store, easy drive to Kennedy and Orlando for day trips), and the property management team was forthcoming with information and very responsive. This rental is a gem!!!! The pictures do not do it justice. The rental is spotlessly clean! The furniture is very comfortable. We were provided with everything we could possibly need for a stay ON the beach. In fact, the only thing it did not have was a rubber spatula and a place to hang towels! We had a couple of very tiny glitches that I had to contact the property manager about and they were addressed with in the hour! We will definitely be back!

This condo was amazing. My husband and two infants stayed here for a week. It was absolutely perfect. The view was breathtaking, and not crowded at all. It was very clean and someone was always cleaning at all hours of the day. The condo came stocked with beach chairs, a pack n play which was great, and the condo provided beach toys and pool floats down at the pool. I most definitely will stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days. The condo itself was beautiful - literally right on the beach and you just could not beat the view. The staff was awesome as well. We pulled up while they were cleaning a main floor condo and helped me locate a baggage cart when I was looking a little lost lol. There was also an incident when we discovered that one of our provided beach chairs was broken and I had to email them for a possible replacement. My email was replied to fairly quickly and the very next morning we had a brand new beach chair. The pool is great - just the right temperature and plenty of space to spread out. The place really was great. The only complaints I had were 1) It's located in a pretty quiet, "older" neighborhood. This isn't necessarily a bad thing but we had issues because we had a couple pretty late nights coming back from Orlando and we were hungry but nothing was open. Almost everywhere closed by 9pm. 2) The beach was great but it was hard to enjoy the water because it hit you so hard and left my bathing suit filled with sand. I, personally, had never been in the ocean so I thought maybe this was normal but we visited Cocoa Beach Pier and the beach there was amazing and you could actually get in the water. These weren't really massive issues for us because the condo was mostly for sleeping and eating breakfast with an amazing view but for a family that's looking to stay in more, it may be something to consider.
