'It was a fine stay, but due to christmas we have definetly overpayed. It is a very basic accomodation. No room to put any clothes, a very small light in the bathroom and the shower above the toilet. Altough the view is great and the breakfast is lovely. But only go here if you want a really basic room'

'This boutique hotel is steps away from the walking street and 3-5 min from Pattaya beach. It suits our need perfectly. Made-to-order breakfast is great. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. They drop off and pick up from boat station and snorkeling launch. Room may be a bit tight with wet shower/bathroom. Still very clean and cozy. '

'We knew it was small, especially for a family with 3 children, but we were there for the sea and beach. Nice common area and free tea and coffee acted as our kitchen. Fridge was shared and saved us lots of eating out. Deal breaker was day 7 coming to the room and seeing a rat on our bed. No sleep that night, checked out early.No refund.'

'It wasn’t clean when I got there. Had to ask for somebody to clean. Staff looked like they were very bothered every time you said something. Breakfast included was not worth the money. It was in a great area, but wouldn’t recommend anyone to pay this much for this hotel. There’s got to be same standard on other ones with like half the price '
