He went so far as to send me video of the "private beach" access as this was the primary reason for us booking the location ..."

"The Blu Fin Resort was a wonderful experience except we had a situation with the tvs and hvac units but the staff was on it and everything was back on point. The man that fixed the unit was a very cordial fella as was the one that sent him, he called back several times to make sure we were ok!!! ..."
