10/10Our stay at this casita in Sayulita was absolutely wonderful. The space was very cute and perfectly sized—comfortable without feeling cramped. The architecture had a lovely charm, and everything was spotless when we arrived, which immediately made us feel at ease.We especially loved the artwork throughout the casita; it added a lot of personality and made the space feel unique rather than generic. One of the unexpected highlights was the adorable balcony cat who would stop by—it was such a fun and memorable touch.The balcony itself was a great feature. The view was exactly as described, and it became our favorite place to relax and recharge after spending long days walking all over Sayulita.Greg, our host, struck the perfect balance—he was on-site and available if we needed anything, but he also fully respected our privacy, which we really appreciated.Overall, this casita delivered exactly what we were hoping for: comfort, charm, and a peaceful place to unwind. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here! Everything was as listed and communication with Greg was easy. After spending most of the day in town or the beach, the pool and deck area was a great way to relax in the late afternoon before going back down the hill for dinner. We loved it here and highly recommend it!

Stunning view. Beautiful property. Easy communication with host. DEEP plunge pool & bigger than expected. Unbelievably convenient to town/beach. As mentioned in the listing, the climb to the property is STEEP! We are from Colorado and avid hikers & found it steep. We wore reef tennis shoes. I would not recommend doing it in sandals. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, the nights are loud with music thumping below until 4am. There is an industrial fan stored in the bathroom closet. We used this and it cancelled all noise. Lastly, there is a lot of construction going on around the property. This is no fault of the home owner as the town is growing. Just be aware that on week days, you will hear construction during the day if you stick around the property. With all this said, we would definitely rent this again. The views truly take your breath away.

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable casita! The views and deck are so beautiful. Greg is super nice and his garden spaces, interior design and art are so fun to explore. We fell in love with the tiny kitty and fed her our leftover scraps from dinner each night (she loves steak :)The hill: it takes 1 min 45 seconds to walk up - the top third is actually steps. Zero issues, even in Birkenstocks. Was actually glad for the exercise after drinking our weight in margs for two weeks.There was construction on the last couple days, but I went to the beach and it was wrapped up by the time I got back. It seems that the price is probably already reflective of that, so we felt it was a great value.

Host was very responsive. Good firm bed, loved overall location. Hill is VERY steep to walk. Not cute shoe friendly, it’s definitely not for people that have hard time walking steep areas. My partner and I visited Sayulita for a few days and stayed at Casita #4. This was our 5th time visiting Sayulita and easily our favorite rental. The casita’s layout is perfect for a couple. Plenty of space, good air conditioning, a comfortable bed and couch, reliable WiFi, and amazing artwork throughout. The pool is the cherry on top. Perfect temperature and very private. As others have said, the house is atop a pretty steep hill. Our Uber struggled on the way up, but we had no problem walking up and down. Our golf cart also had no issues. Highly recommend for visitors who want to be close to town, but far/high enough that the noise doesn’t bother you. We’ll be back!

Book while you can. You won’t regret it

Beautiful view. Spacious living areas. Comfy bed. Cold blowing AC. AND The dipping pool is exactly what you need after a hot day in the sun Greg is awesome and very accommodating. The location is tucked away enough so you’re out of the party zone. We recommend bringing ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper due to noise from the bars in the late evening and being fairly comfortable with climbing a steep hill up to the property if you are not renting golf car or atv. Will be looking at staying here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at the casita. Greg was such an accommodating, friendly, and responsive host. There is a steep hill, but we had no problem with it. It's in a very convenient location close to the center of town which was great. You can definitely hear music from the town at night, but I used a white noise app and had no problem sleeping. Would definitely stay here again!

Description of property was spot on. Great location to downtown and the beach. Excellent communication with the owner. It is a steep hill, but both of us are 55 years old and we went up and down numerous times a day without issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Casitas Del Mar - words cannot describe!

My Casita exceeded expectations...view was incredible, the place was fantastic, much larger and spacious than I thought (I can usually tell by pics), had everything you needed and more. Greg, the host, was extremely hospitable, gracious and provided me with the best recommendations to truly enjoy my time in Sayulita. His Manager Jose was also wonderful, thoughtful and a great resource. In 20+ VRBOs, I have never engaged this much (and thoroughly enjoyed) with a host before, so much so I plan to come back in February. 5 stars, only because there isnt an option for 6...!

What can’t I say about our stay at Greg’s casita in Sayulita. Pictures don’t do the place justice the amazing views, the cleanliness, loved the privacy and pool. A quick walk to town, great bars, beach and eateries. We honestly cant wait to book our return trip and stay there again.

Great Property

We had a great time in Sayulita and Casita #4. The views are amazing and the pool came in handy on hot days. We had a couple minor issues and they were resolved immediately. The road to the Casita is definitely steep so keep that in mind. The steep road leads to awesome views, however.
