'We stayed one night at Hotel Boli in Keflavik, and we were very impressed with the place. Staff had excellent communication with us and made sure all the details for check-in were communicated and understood prior to our arrival, which made the process so much easier. The place was lovely and was also very clean. We enjoyed the access to the kitchen as well as the hot drink bar. 'These igloos were so cool! Our only issue were the door handles. The property had to provide instructions on how to use the handle and it was not real helpful. We were standing in the snow freezing trying to follow the instructions. It took so long we had to go sit in the car for a few minutes to warm up. I imagine this must have been an issue for others which explains the instructions and it was equally hard to get ok of the room each day. I would suggest changing the handles. It made us...

'The room is well furnished with sufficient space and facilities. The view is amazing towards the Black Beach, exactly same as the photo. The lighting system in the room is not sufficient for my family. Even when you turn on all the lights, you get only dimmed light. I know this is more in fashion, but not quite practical. '
