'Staff fantastic. Small hiccup with payment due to new computer system.
3 floors, lift only goes to 2 floors so if you have mobility issue, let them know when you book.
Car park is very tight- not the best. If you have a larger vehicle don’t expect to safely park up. '

'Daughter and I stayed for a night whilst attending a concert and we could not have hoped for a better hotel. The personal service and attention to detail, catering for all additional needs, was superb. Breakfast included huge choice of continental and freshly cooked to order food. Particularly recommend the smoked salmon and eggs.

'Stayed here for one night just me and my little girl. Lovely welcome upon arrival by the owner. Brilliant room, has everything we needed. Comfy bed and fresh towels. Fast WiFi and nice hot showier. Lovely and quiet throughout the day and night. No complaints. Would definitely return.'
'We stayed in room 2 whilst we went to a concert in the town and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and ample for our needs and though the room is on the front (with view of the sea) we slept well and didn't get disturbed, not even by the seagulls.
Steve and his staff were brilliant. Really helpful and friendly and to cap things off the breakfast was superb and great value.
Would recommend parking on the car park 2 minutes away, secure and not...

'Really nice stay at the Delmont. Amazing view from the room & it had everything needed. The parking was really easy to sort at reception on arrival and hotel was in an ideal place for getting around the rest of Scarborough. Would definitely stay here again. '
