'Vacasa is a joke to work with. They tell you that Check-in isn’t until 4 pm but the code they give you to get in the door isn’t ready at 4 pm. Usually several minutes later. Happens with them many times over. '

'Stay was great view of the ocean from the property is great even not being right on the water. Got the wrong pool code but it was an easy enough fix. Theres a couple places to eat within walking distance so that was a bonus. Picture from beach access directly in front of property '

'Ariel Dunes was the perfect place for our family of 6. We had access to the pool, space for everyone to sleep and nap, a spacious balcony to enjoy the beach views, the most seamless walk to the beach and a full kitchen to cook. '

'We enjoyed our stay, it was beautiful furnished, decorated. The place was nice & peaceful, close walk to the beach & the pool area was nice also. It was a very comfortable place with good kitchen & all the essentials you would need. We had a wonderful time & would love to visit again. Love the chairs on the beach set-up & keyless entry '

'Almost everything in this unit too dated. Dishes, pans, furniture. Refrigerator doesn't work properly, was leaking. Some mold in bathtub. Owner needs to put some work there.'
