Vind je ideale hotel in Scenic Gulf Drive

'Hotel stay was pretty good. The thing we didn’t expect was arriving at 4:15 when check in is at 4:00 and being offered a different room (without a fridge or microwave even though that’s what we paid for) because they didn’t have the room we booked ready yet. We had to wait over an hour for our room to be cleaned. Ended up checking in around 5:15 after we left to go eat because it wasn’t ready.'

'First, I asked for a resolution yesterday, and you never responded until I reached out. Second, that's not cool. I would never leave a property like that. This is very bad when my family can't sit there without having both doors open to air it out the entire time!Complaint will be filed on Expedia requesting my full refund. 'The home was fully stocked and amendable. Everything we needed for the beach too from towels to chairs. (My daughter’s family stayed in a Condo nearby and they were not as fortunate.) We had shops within a block including a CVS pharmacy and Winn Dixie grocery store. 10/10 Highly recommend! '
