"It was a very nice and beautiful hotel. The location of the hotel was also very convenient and within walking distance of the central trainstation,the cathedral,restaurants and shops.Check-in was very quick. And I also found the lovely,sweet,and friendly Mrs Gizem who helped me check in very nice and helpful.The room was very spacious for asingle room and had all the amenities .Especially a big TV with satellite channels. The bed was wonderful to sleep in and big enough for two people. I was alone.You could also choose between firm and soft pillows. And de room was cleaned every day. I also really liked the beautiful thick curtains that didn’t let any light through. I also found the bathroom nice and spacious with a bath and shower and other things. The breakfast was also very delicious and varied . And Mr.Hicheln and Mrs.Pamela always did something special for you almost everyday. They were very friendly and helpful to me. They sensed when I needed something. Also thanks to Mr.Mohamed and Mr. Mostafa who where also very kind to me if I asked for something. And I don’t won’t to forget who was serving me and also the people in the kitchen and who has cleaned my room. I will book this hotel again soon when I return to Cologne.Greetings Bert Zinken."
