'It’s a new hotel which is nice. Food at the bar was awful. I ordered the cheese fries and a chicken Caesar salad. Basic but done poorly. Wanted coffee in the morning when I woke up. No coffee cups in the room. Also, elevator floor was filthy.'

'Mooi hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Leuk casino'

'Always a pleasure to stay here when visiting family in Schenectady. I have stayed here four times in the past two years and always pleased with everything: the hotel, the breakfast facilities, the staff, etc.'

'No microwave in the room! Freeze not working condition! Room was not clean! Bathroom, sink, toilet was dirty ! Electric Outlet was not working properly! Approaching was no good of reception lady!'

'Zoals gewoonlijk, alles goed, mooie ruime kamer en prima ontbijt!'

'The property and room were clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a nice surprise with so many options to chose from.'

'Great room and breakfast to get the day started . Walking distance to colonie mall.'

'Snelle check-in, vriendelijke ontvangst, prachtige kamer. Alles schoon. Alles in orde. Veel parkeerruimte. Echt een aanrader. Benieuwd naar het ontbijt.'

'The shower caulking was gross- room 347. It was a quick overnight to catch a flight so not much of a stay-BUT…. The bed is very springy and uncomfortable. To feel springs in my side was annoying! Pillows were squishy but then flattened out! Overall, Not what I expected from a Hilton hotel chain at all!! 😏'

'Staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean.'
