'Amazing stay!!! As two English only speakers the staff were wonderful with trying to accommodate and communicate with us. The lady at the front desk who was short with short hair was so kind to us. The property is amazing and the traditional Japanese room was fabulous. Love the stay. Public bath was a unique and clean experience, dinner and breakfast were included! Would definitely return. '

'鴨川シーワールドに直結していて、小さい子を連れて行くときは便利です。施設は老朽化しているところもありますが、設備としては十分だと思います。チェックイン後なら、シャチに水をかけられてもすぐお風呂に入れて助かります！子供達は朝晩のビュッフェを楽しみにしていました。魚料理、ライブキッチンの出来たてお料理が美味しいです。食事に飽きたら子ども用のプレイルームで遊んで待っててもらうこともできます。また、来年も利用したいと思います。'
