Location is fantastic! From Shinjuku station you can go anywhere with the subway or the bus.
Room is small, but perfect for a citytrip. Very clean.
Staff is helpfull and very friendly.
Morethan Bakery is perfect for a take-away breakfast.
We did enjoy the hotel bar & the tapas restaurant as well.

'Amazing value that includes top notch, and private, hot springs baths, and a delicious healthy japanese breakfast. The location is not the most convenient and be very careful going in and out of the parking area, it is a blind exit and cars are driving by quickly.'
'This hotel is of incredible value! We stayed here for a surfing trip at Taito beach and watching the pros at the Olympic beach nearby.
The elderly woman at the counter who checked us in, was so cute and kind.
I guess this was a converted love hotel (similar to a motel in North America). So the room was insanely huge for Japanese standards, and ridiculously cheap (at the time, we paid about 7000 yen for 1 night).
If we go back to Chiba for another surfing trip, we'll definitely stay there...
